There will be no change to your vacation eligibility and pay, and you can continue to use your vacation eligibility like you have previously. If any updates or changes are made, we will provide plenty of notice, context and support to help you adjust.
The vacation policies and entitlements will remain unchanged. You will continue to request vacation in the same way you do today. Regardless of how it is requested, the payout will continue to be processed in dollars.
No, your holiday schedule will remain the same until further notice.
There will be no immediate changes to policies as a result of the payroll and benefits integration. As we continue to integrate, our teams will review policies together and align them where, and when, it makes the most sense. Any updates will be communicated well in advance to ensure everyone has time to understand and prepare.
