Published on March 5, 2026

CALGARY, ALTA.—Trimac has announced the winners of its inaugural Enterprise Awards to recognize the excellence its teams demonstrate in how they work safely, support one another and deliver for customers.

Launched in 2026, the Enterprise Awards honour individuals and teams who consistently live Trimac’s core values—Live Safety, Do the Right Thing and Rise to the Challenge—through actions that strengthen the company’s operations, customer relationships and culture.

“Recognition is most meaningful when it reflects the real impact our people have on one another and the customers who rely on us,” said Krista Pell, Chief People Officer. “These award recipients represent the safety, professionalism and care that define Trimac at its best, and their example helps shape the future of our company.”

Nominations were submitted by managers companywide, with the following winners selected by executive leaders using criteria developed in collaboration with Trimac’s Driver Council and Retention Committee:

Driver of the Year: Arlin Delbridge, Company Driver, Rapid City, S.D.—Recognized for a 28-year accident-free career, outstanding professionalism and long-standing mentorship of fellow drivers.

“It’s very humbling to be named Driver of the Year,” said Delbridge. “My father taught me to always do your very best for the people you work for, and I’ve carried that with me throughout my career by focusing on doing the job right, delivering safely and supporting our customers however I can. Being a Driver Coach has also helped me better mentor new drivers and share what it takes to do this job safely and successfully.”

Independent Contractor Excellence Award: Volodymyr (Vlad) Holyk, Independent Contractor, Edmonton, Alta.—Honoured for exemplary safety performance, compliance and customer service.

PIC Award for Customer Relations: Dixit Sharma, Dispatcher, Sarnia, Ont.—Recognized for proactive communication, issue resolution and strengthening key customer relationships.

PIC Award for Operational Excellence: Kallie Enders, Dispatcher, Edmonton, Alta.—Honoured for improving service reliability, reducing operational risk and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

“I’m truly honoured to receive this award,” said Enders. “I work hard to overly communicate and build trust with our customers, support our drivers and keep operations running smoothly. When that’s done well and safety is kept at the centre of every decision, freight moves more reliably and everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.”

PIC Award for Teamwork and Communication: Ronald Reed, Company Driver, Rock Springs, Wyo.—Recognized for fostering collaboration and reinforcing a strong safety culture.

Technician Excellence Award: Stephen Champlin, Mechanic, Louisville, Ky.—Honoured for technical expertise, safe work practices and dependable service.

Trimac congratulates all nominees and winners for setting the standard and representing its core values every day.
