CALGARY, Alta.— Trimac is proud to be recognized as a 2025 Top Fleet Employer by Trucking HR Canada, marking its seventh consecutive year receiving this honour and its second year as a Fleet Employer of Distinction. This distinction is awarded to fleets that have achieved Top Fleet status for five, 10 or more consecutive years and acknowledges Trimac’s commitment to maintaining a workplace that fosters skills development, employee engagement and innovative human resource (HR) practices.

“We’re incredibly proud to be named a 2025 Top Fleet Employer by Trucking HR Canada,” said Krista Pell, Chief People Officer at Trimac. “This recognition reflects the commitment of our entire team to fostering a workplace culture rooted in safety, respect and continuous growth. At Trimac, we know that when we invest in our people—through development, inclusion and innovation—we strengthen not just our company, but the industry as a whole.”

The Top Fleet Employer program is part of a national initiative highlighting fleets with outstanding HR practices and policies in the Canadian trucking industry. Carriers are selected through a rigorous review process that evaluates workplace culture, recruitment, retention, skills development, community involvement and compensation strategies. Employees also play a role in providing feedback about their workplaces.

This year marks a new milestone for the Top Fleet Employer program, with 108 fleets recognized—the highest number in its 12-year history. All recipients will be celebrated at the 2025 Top Fleet Employers Gala in Toronto, Ont., on Oct. 15, 2025.

Trimac extends its gratitude to the dedicated team members whose commitment, feedback and engagement have been instrumental in earning this recognition. Their everyday efforts continue to lead the way in building a safer, stronger and more inclusive transportation industry.
