CALGARY, Alta. – Trimac Transportation has been named one of the 2026 Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). The recognition highlights organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to attracting, retaining and advancing women across the transportation industry.
Trimac has received this recognition every year since at least 2019, reflecting the company’s ongoing efforts to foster an inclusive workplace where employees can build meaningful careers and thrive professionally.
The annual award recognizes companies that excel in creating workplace cultures that support gender diversity, offer competitive compensation and benefits, provide flexible work arrangements, and encourage professional development and career advancement opportunities.
More than 18,000 transportation professionals, including executives, operations leaders, safety professionals, human resources leaders and professional drivers, participated in the industry-wide voting process used to help determine this year’s recipients.
