The company introduced the following executive leadership changes:

Dan Carpenter has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Integration. A long-standing contributor to Trimac’s growth strategy, Carpenter brings deep experience in leading complex transactions and post-deal integration. In this expanded role, he will oversee the team responsible for sourcing, evaluating and integrating mergers and acquisitions across Canada and the United States, ensuring continued long-term value creation through strategic growth.

Shantel Lockett has been promoted to Vice President, Controller. Lockett has played a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting and internal controls, and her promotion reflects both her exceptional leadership and strong commitment to operational excellence. She sits as Chair of Trimac’s Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Council, where she leads efforts in driving cultural transformation across the organization. In her new role, she will further strengthen Trimac’s financial integrity while supporting the company’s long-term growth.

Chantel Loftus has been promoted to Vice President, Corporate Development. Since joining Trimac, Loftus has played a key role in Trimac’s acquisition-related growth and brings strategic insight and rigour to the company’s corporate development efforts. In her expanded role, she will lead initiatives to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, support acquisition strategies and advance key company priorities.
