CALGARY, ALTA.— Trimac has been named a 2026 Top Fleet Employer by Trucking HR Canada for its efforts in recruiting, retaining, developing and supporting its employees. This is the eighth consecutive year that Trimac has earned this honour.
The Top Fleet Employer program is a national initiative that recognizes fleets with strong human resources practices and policies across the Canadian trucking industry. Employers are evaluated on criteria including workplace culture, recruitment and retention, skills development, community involvement and compensation strategies. Employee feedback also forms part of the assessment process.
“Being named a Top Fleet Employer for the eighth consecutive year reflects the strength of the culture our teams continue to build across Trimac,” said Chief People Officer Krista Pell. “This recognition speaks to the care, effort and accountability our people bring to creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and equipped to grow.”
Trimac and the full 2026 cohort of 98 Top Fleet Employers will be recognized at the annual Awards Gala in Toronto, Ont. on Oct. 14, 2026.
Trimac thanks the many team members whose leadership, feedback and engagement have helped strengthen the company’s people practices and contribute to this recognition.
