During operating hours, callers can call the Trimac Helpdesk and expect to talk to an analyst in person. Outside of these hours, the Helpdesk is not staffed and the caller will be required to leave a message for the on-call analyst, who will respond based on severity reported for the issue.
Please note: For high priority tickets where you require a response within an hour, please phone the Helpdesk. E-mail and online submissions are for lower priority items.
