Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, Simon will oversee Trimac\u2019s sales execution strategy and lead sales teams across all business lines to drive growth and deepen partnerships.<br \/><br \/>\u201cStephanie\u2019s proven track record of driving performance and profitability across complex commercial operations makes her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,\u201d says CRO Nathan Kurland. \u201cHer strategic mindset and customer-first approach will help Trimac continue to grow and deliver value to our clients.\u201d<br \/><br \/>Simon brings over two decades of global leadership experience in logistics, supply chain and commercial operations and is recognized for building high-performing, customer-focused teams and driving business transformation. She most recently served as Head of Product Portfolio Management, North America at A.P. Moller-Maersk, where she led enterprise-wide modernization of product management and enhanced profitability across a large portfolio. Her career also includes leadership roles in mergers and acquisitions, customer program management and airfreight operations.<br \/><br \/>Simon\u2019s experience and performance-driven approach align strongly with Trimac\u2019s core values.
