After\u00a0four consecutive years earning Top Fleet Employer distinction<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0Trucking HR Canada,<\/a>\u00a0Trimac was awarded the Achievement of Excellence for HR Innovator award at an industry gala in Toronto, Ontario, last week.

The Achievement of Excellence for HR Innovator award is presented annually to a Top Fleet Employer who has demonstrated a \u201cthinking outside of the box\u201d approach towards their HR initiatives. This means being a forward thinker about elements that may impact their organization and being able to creatively come up with a beneficial solution. It can be a one-time initiative focused on one aspect of an HR plan, or an ongoing initiative that is unique or industry leading. Whether it is a new technology, or new idea, we want to learn about it.

Trimac earned this award for its transformative initiatives and employee service offerings such as our All Stars recognition program, Trimac Academy online e-learning platform, HR information system for employee data and management, TV screens in branches for curated communication, geo-targeted and language-specific social media marketing, programmatic job advertising software and artificial intelligence to streamline candidate search (Miles the moose chatbot on our trimacjobs.com careers website), ‘Information Highway’ the company-wide newsletter and website news blog, themed SharePoint microsites, and much more!
