Logging into Online Settlements
| To access your settlements, go to www.trimac.com from anywhere you can access the Internet. You can enter this into your web browser address window.

| In the website search box type “Self Service”, and click enter. |

Click the first link in the results titled:
Employee/Contractor Self Service - (100%)

| You will be taken to an information page. Once you've finished reading, click the check box next to "I agree to the Privacy Policy as described above." Then click on the 'Login' button.

At the PeopleSoft login screen, enter the User ID and Password provided and then click on the 'Sign In' button.
NOTE: Your User ID and Password are case sensitive (if your User ID and Password are in capital letters, you must use capital letters.) If your password has a special character (like @), then ensure you hold down the “Shift” key while you hit @ on your keyboard. |

Once you have logged in, you will note an option on the left-hand side menu for Trimac Self-Service. Click on this and you will see a number of choices.
Select:

Independent Contractor
-
View
-
View IC Settlements
Click on the ‘Search’ button to view all available settlements. | |

You will be able to view 18 months’ worth of data stored. At that point the system will remove the oldest settlement every time a new one is added.
To view information for a certain Pay Period, click on the blue-underlined unit number. | |

To view earning and deduction details of your settlement, click on the yellow “VIEW PDF” button.
If the details of your settlement do not appear, you may need to install Adobe Acrobat (see Online Help Topics). Or your computer may have pop-up blockers. If so, accept the Trimac website (http://www.trimac.com) as secure and trusted. | |
