On the website select “Employees” and “Online Self Service”.
Once the PDF file is open, you can print it, save it to your computer as a file.
To print: click on the menu “file” then “print”.
To save: click on the menu “file” then “Save a copy”.
Please contact your Branch Manger within 30 days to report any discrepancies.
