Changing Password and Forgot Password

First step to do once you have logged in successfully is change your password.

Setting Up Your Password Hint Question

If you forget your password you can have a new password e-mailed to you if you correctly answer your password hint question.

On the General Profile Information page:

  1. Check off Primary Email Account, select Email Type: Home, and enter the e-mail address where you would like your password to be sent.
  2. Then click on the Change or set up forgotten password help link.

You will be asked to make up a “hint” question, provide the answer to the question, then hit OK

This question must be correctly answered in order to have your password e-mailed to you so make it something you can remember, but is not easy for someone else to figure out.

If you forget your password click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login screen.  You will be asked to answer your password hint question.   When you answer it correctly your new password will be e-mailed to you.
