Access to Cash & Financing
Trimac may purchase a significant portion of your trailing fleet at a mutually agreed upon price to allow you to free up cash for debt reduction, re-investment or other purposes. Trailers are then leased back to the Associate.
- Trailers: Surplus trailers are also made available to Associates for short or long-term volume demands.
- IC’s are under contract to Trimac. The Associate manages the day-to-day relationship. Trimac provides insurance & administers the IC pay program.
Pictured above is one in a series of Trimac engineered 2-way haul wet/dry combination units. This unit carries petroleum on the forehaul and lime or cement on the backhaul. Trimac makes trailers available to the Associate for short or long-term needs.
Trimac Provides Instruction & Training for Drivers & Leased Operators.
Safety compliance & driver training costs are Trimac’s responsibility, thus reducing overhead.
Associates are Supported by a North American Business Development Team.
From rate negotiations to proposal development to strategic account management, Trimac’s Business Development Team delivers focused results!
Associates have access to 44 maintenance shops and 31 washracks throughout Trimac - North America including three ASME certified locations at Edmonton, AB; Oakville, ON and Houston, TX. Maintenance and washes at Trimac facilities are charged at INTERNAL charge-out rates while parts are charged at COST to the Associate. Recent surveys suggest Associate savings over commercial locations of 20 – 50% on parts and labor. Access to more than 130 third party washracks at Trimac rates.
Trimac has over 110 terminals throughout North America. All locations operate under common operating standards and procedures.
